We Guarantee Our Services! 

At iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa, we try to keep our clients and artists equally satisfied, respected, and appreciated. If, in any case, you feel unsatisfied with our services or training sessions, kindly inform us at the time of the service or within 48 hours so that we can come up with a solution as soon as possible; further, it will also help us improve our services.   

Refund Policy 

All of our services are non-refundable; however, iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa is more than delighted to offer our clients a corrective service for free. Clients should note that correctional service is free when the mistake is in the hands of the service provider. If there is a disagreement, a redo is validated by management; however, clients should remember that a corrective session will only be provided within three days after the initial treatment. iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa aims to deliver satisfaction, our services are individualized for each client, so there can be slight differences from the picture.  Complete Registration: If payment is in full for any training session, the sum is non-refundable but is transferable. The price can be adjusted for future sessions if you miss a session.   Non-Refundable Deposit: If you are paying in half for registration, you will receive a message via text or email. Note that paying the full fee before the training session is mandatory, and this amount is non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

If any client or student is found misbehaving or demeaning the trainer or any staff member, iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa holds the absolute right to refuse service without being accountable for any refund or return. 

Return Policy 

iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa holds no issues returning any retail product purchased from our shop within seven days of original purchases. However, no cash value will be replaced; studio credit will be given to the client.

Gift Certificate Policy

Our gift certificates are valid up to one year from the original date of purchase and should be presented at the time of service. We do not accept gift copies. In case any of your gift cards are lost, connect with us. All gift certificates are non-refundable and can’t be redeemed for cash. 


Information submitted on this website is only used when there is a need to contact any client in the future. iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa appreciates your cooperation and support in providing us with your contact information. 

No Show/ Late

We respect our artists and their time equally as our clients, so in case a client doesn’t show up for an appointment, our studio holds the right to charge $20 as a no-show fee or a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services. If they cannot turn up for a redo appointment, they won’t be able to redeem another free redo service. Clients should also consider the time of artists and our other clients. To ensure the same, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa has the right to reschedule the appointment.

Head Lice 

It is against our policies to perform any service on a client suffering from head lice. If head lice are spotted during the treatments, the procedure will be paused at the instant and won’t be continued for 48 hours after the head lice treatment is performed. 


Our children’s menu is applicable for kids under the age of 10; anyone above that is accountable for paying the full fee of the service. iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa is family-friendly; however, children under 13 should be accompanied by an adult. A consent form is required for any child under 18 years before the treatment.  

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At iOWA iBROW iLASH ACADEMY & Spa, we understand that busy schedules can result in changes or delays in appointments. In such cases, we advise the clients to notify the studio 48 hours before the original appointment. If a meeting is rescheduled three individual times within 48 hours, the client will be placed on a walk-in basis only. If a client cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the actual time, they will be held accountable for a $50 fee or 50% of the services reserved.

Payments, Reservations, and Online Scheduling 

We accept Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo & Zelle. Clients can pay using any of the mentioned gateways and request a via call or our website. We will book your request as per the availability of our artists, and the request is only confirmed once clients receive a confirmation message from us.
